All of the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful! I went to Holliday Jewelry to see if they could repair the hinge of a very special locket. The jeweler repaired it quickly due to his expertise in jewelry repair! While I was waiting I looked into a jewelry case. I saw a BEAUTIFUL opal ring, my birthstone! I highly recommend Holliday Jewelry for their high quality jewelry, personalized service and outstanding friendliness!!

The best service ever! My husband and I have gotten many pieces from Root including all of our wedding jewelry. The Root staff was incredibly helpful and friendly all along the way. Matthew and Britni even helped my husband design my custom engagement ring! Definitely customers for life!

Root Jewelers is amazing! I brought in my grandma’s ring to have the diamonds cleaned and tightened, and they took care of it so quickly. The ring looks absolutely beautiful again, and knowing how special it is to our family made their care and attention mean even more. Friendly, professional, and impressively fast service — I couldn’t recommend Root Jewelers more.

My wife had her ring resized and cleaned. It looks just as beautiful as the day I bought it for her, almost 12 years ago! She says that Root Jewelers was great to work with, very knowledgeable, and they turned it around within a day for a reasonable price! Highly recommend them!

My fiancé purchased a ring from an online jeweler, and it had some issues that I took to Matthew to ask his opinion about. He told me what was wrong with the ring and what needed to be repaired, and encouraged me to take the info to the original jeweler to get them to fix it under warranty. Because he helped us, the original online retailer agreed to the repairs. Matthew’s integrity and willingness to help have turned me into a lifetime customer of Root Jewelers. They have strong values and put the customer’s best interests first. We just bought our wedding bands there and are so happy!!

I had an heirloom ring that was tarnished and bent and asked them to make it into a pendant. It turned out beautiful! They were communicative and fast! This is a very important piece of jewelry to me and I appreciate the care and respect they had in re-purposing it. 2/4/26 Update-the stone fell out(husband dropped it). Root Jewelers reset it and didn’t charge me. Again, they were communicative, fast, and explained everything to me. Robot Jewelers are the best-they’re honest, reliable and deliver great work. It’s important to support our local businesses and this is the only jeweler for me. Thank you Root Jewelers!

Best customer service, best repair work ever. I trusted them with my treasured Zuni-Cochiti ring. They repaired a loose turquoise carved stone. They followed the tradition of the Native American silversmith. I have worn this ring almost daily for over 40 years. The ring was returned to me in perfect condition. I am so happy to find a store I can trust to care for my NA collection as well as my other jewelry. They are very nice people and delightful to work with.
